Electrical issue with my 2013 Silverado. Got an appointment and the issue was diagnosed and corrected the next day. Great communication from Ryan and honest assessment of what work my truck needed. Will definitely be back and suggest this shop to others

I have been driving a 1997 Saturn for 15 years and found out the subframe was rusted and unsafe to drive. I went to a few places that do this and was told it can't be done because of the rust. I went to Parma Care Specialist, and Ryan looked at the situation and told me it would not be worth doing. I told Ryan I was 87, disabled, and unable to afford another car. He said, OK and gave me an estimate that I was satisfied with. They obtained the subframe from North Carolina, where there isn't any snow. They completed the job on time to perfection, and to my satisfaction. The technicians at Parma C.C.S. are A.S.E. certified, as I was at one time, and I was trained by G.M. The A.S.E. stands for Automotive Service Excellence and denotes they are trained to work on different vehicles, and it means a lot to me. Whenever I go for car repairs, they see a cripple old man fumbling to get in the door, their rates go up. When you go to Parma C.C.S., they treat you with respect and get the job done right the first time. I know this because I worked in the trade and highly recommend Parma C.C.S. I'm back on the road again. THANKS, GUYS, RICH

Excellent mechanics NEVER have had an issue with work or the price if you are looking for a honest mechanics shop don't look any further. They have worked on numerous vehicles of mine including a 7.3 diesel

I found my forever mechanic . This place is great . Ryan went above and beyond to help me with my car and address all my concerns, he made himself available even after I left and explained things in terms I was able to understand.I’ll never go to another place . This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had . I highly recommend this place , everyone I encountered was helpful , professional and all around friendly

This shop was willing to look at my old Volvo in a reasonable amount of time to try to figure out the most recent gremlin. After checking my initial suspicion (transmission), they were able to rule that out but let me know they couldn't read codes/work on something this specialized. There was no charge, which I appreciated. Thanks for ruling something out and saving me money for the eventual repair.
